Returns:
Returning online orders is easy - send back your unwanted items by mail with a copy of your order number within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. All items sent back must be unworn and unwashed with original tags. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.
Shipping Policies:
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS with the option to chose between three (3) different shipping options for delivery within the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing.
Please allow 1-2 weeks on all international orders.
Preorders:
Preorders are items that are not yet in stock, but will be available to ship at a future date. The estimated shipment date for preorders appears on the item's product detail page. Preorders are reserved until the item reaches our warehouse, where it will then be shipped to you. Ship dates and availability are determined by the designer and are subject to change. You will not be charged until the item ships. If the item is cancelled for any reason, you will not be charged.
