Returns:

Complimentary returns are offered on all U.S orders. Items purchased may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail. Alla Berman will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receiving or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receiving must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours upon delivery in order to be accepted. Return approval is at the discretion of the Alla Berman team who reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Shipping Policies:

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS with the option to chose between three (3) different shipping options for delivery within the United States.  Please allow 1-2 business days after placing your order for processing.

Please allow 1-2 weeks on all international orders.

 

Preorders:

Preorders are items that are not yet in stock, but will be available to ship at a future date.  The estimated shipment date for preorders appears on the item's product detail page.  Preorders are reserved until the item reaches our warehouse, where it will then be shipped to you.  Ship dates and availability are determined by the designer and are subject to change.  You will not be charged until the item ships.  If the item is cancelled for any reason, you will not be charged.
